Each clean, spacious cottage features:

• Cozy living area

• Cable TV hook-up and picture window

• A family dining area and kitchen with range, full size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and basic dishes and cooking needs gives you a home away from home.  

• Two bedrooms each with a single bed and bunk...sleeps six...all beds twin size*.  

• Bath with shower.  

• Cottages heated for those cool evenings or for early and late campers.

Cottage 6 has two bedrooms with a double bed in one and bunk bed in the other and a heavy duty full size futon in the living room.  

Cottage 5, a two-story, has three bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two twins and one with a twin and a double.

All cottages are located within full view of the beach and lake, yet well away from the main highway.  Private lawn and parking spaces at each cottage. 

Each cottage has these things provided:

• Pillows

• Dishes

• Pots & Pans and Cooking Utensils

Guests need to bring these things:

• Blankets, sheets, linens

• Paper products and eating silverware

• Cable TV hook-ups available, but televisions not supplied.  

NOTE: Laundromat in Cooperstown.

• The week extends from 2:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon to 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning. 

• Off season cottages are available to rent by the day.  

• A deposit of 1/2 rental fee is requested with reservation.  

• Please confirm advanced reservations by January 31st and send deposit by March 31st.
